The following suggestions are meant for the people who want
reversal of diabetes but don't need weight loss.

*Four pillars of the program are as usual*

1) Please take 100 to 140 gram of Fat for first 10 days.

2) Please take 80 to 100 gram of Fat from 11th day onwards.

3) You can take the food allowed in this diet whenever you are
hungry. (No restrictions for number of meals.)

4) You should not adopt liquid diet unless you commit a mistake
during the diet.

5) You can take non vegetarian food up to 500 gram per day.

6) You can take eggs up to 6 per day.

7) You can take paneer up to 200gm per day.

8) You can take mushrooms up to 200gm per day.

9)You can prepare fries,in order to consume more fat.(100 to 140gm
or 80 to 100gm)

10) The remaining food program should be followed as it is.
