  Diet procedure for People having kidney stones 1.    Before starting VRK diet, get the Ultrasound abdominal       scanning test done. 2.    People with kidney stones already, must take 5 to 6 liters of       water and also 5 to 6 lemons per day. 3.    Reduce non vegetarian food and food with more proteins.       Take vegetables and leafy Greens abundantly. 4.    Minimize taking egg white, cabbage and cauliflower. Preparation of mutton bone soup in vrk diet.

Preparation of Mutton Bone Soup in VRK Diet Place a cooker on the stove and heat it. Add sufficient coconut oil or ghee. Fry Ginger pieces, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom. Now fry 1kg of mutton bones slightly in the same oil (To remove the raw smell). Add two liters of water and cook it up to 12 whistles. Transfer the contents i.e. the mutton bones along with water in to a big container. Add 4 liters of water to that container. Let the container be on the stove in low flame for up to six and half hours. It takes more than 6 hours for all the vitamins and minerals from the bone to get mixed in water. During this cooking process, keep the lid slightly open and allow the water to evaporate. A Request to Post Dieters of Sri Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Diet For the first 10 to 15 days as per our VRK Sir’s suggestions, Morning:    Take sprouts, a spoon of honey, any seasonal fruit   (Diabetes people should not take honey and fruits. Instead they can take dry dates.) Soaked Almonds, Walnuts and Un soaked Pistachios, Cashews and Raisins. Process of one meal Diet in VRK diet Program People who can adopt one meal diet? 1) It is suggestible for the people who are above 15 to 20 kg overweight of their BMI. Or 2) People who observe stuck in weight reduction during 2 meal diet. Rules of 1 meal diet 1) Four pillars along with Omega 3 fatty acid capsule 500 mg-1(as referred by VRK sir) must be followed. 2) Solid food should be taken only once in a day.(Curry, Nuts Seeds, Cucumbers, Carrot and powder of Flax and Sesame seeds). *Procedure of taking fat and its benefits in VRK diet Program * Fats:   1) Coconut oil made directly from ganuga or Virgin Coconut oil (cold pressed) 2) Homemade ghee or company brand. 3) Extra virgin Olive oil 4) Cream on curd 5) Homemade butter 6) Unsalted butter packets of companies like Amul and Vijaya You can use any one of the fats given above.
