Process of one meal Diet in VRK diet Program



People who can adopt one meal diet?

1) It is suggestible for the people who are above 15 to 20 kg overweight of their BMI. Or

2) People who observe stuck in weight reduction during 2 meal diet. Rules of 1 meal diet

1) Four pillars along with Omega 3 fatty acid capsule 500 mg-1(as referred by VRK sir) must be followed.

2) Solid food should be taken only once in a day.(Curry, Nuts Seeds, Cucumbers, Carrot and powder of Flax and Sesame seeds). There should not be a gap of 5 minutes at least while taking all of them. Please start taking food only after keeping the food allowed in this Program is ready with you.

3) You have to take fat in chunks either with green tea, veg soup, non veg soup, lukewarm water or Bulletproof coffee.( Not more than 20 gram each time) in order to Maintain good energy levels throughout the day and to avoid
vomiting and motions.

4) After having 1 meal, Whenever you feel hungry, you have to take Only liquids like, soups, buttermilk, green tea, black tea, black coffee, Bullet proof coffee...etc. only, but should not take anything that can be Chewed.

5) Adoption of liquid diet for 5 days is the only solution in this program if you commit a mistake during the diet. Do you feel that it is a Punishment for you? No. Not at all. This is an Ultimate remedy referred by VRK sir.

The following timings are only for sample. You can make minor changes based your needs.

؆؆؆At 6:30AM Drink a lemon juice with a glass of warm water.

؆؆؆At 7:30 AM take 10 gram of fat with soups or with warm water.

؆؆؆At 8:30AM 20 gram of fat can be taken with soup or bullet proof coffee.

؆؆؆At 9:30 AM Drink a lemon ɡ with a glass of diluted buttermilk.

؆؆؆At 10.30 AM Take 10 gram of fat either with green tea or soup.

؆؆At 11.30 AM Take a multi-vitamin tablet (Non sugar quoted)

؆؆؆At 12 Noon

 Vegetarian curry or raw vegetable salad with 10 gram of fat (Take veg as much as you can).

 200 grams of meat cooked with 20 gram of fat (Fish, Chicken, Mutton, or Prawns... etc.)
 Almonds 5, pistachios 5, walnuts 5.

Keera 1

 A 1/2 dark or dry coconut and a carrot griddle. Or two spoons of watermelon seeds, responsive Pumpkin seeds, and two spoons of sunflower seeds. (Either fried or raw)

 Diluted buttermilk combined with two teaspoons of sesame seeds and flaxseed powder.

؆؆؆At 3PM Green tea or lemon tea or soda or without sugar coffee or tea

؆؆؆At 5pm Take 10 gram of fat either with green tea or soup or hot water.

؆؆؆At 6pm take Omega 3 fatty acid capsule 250 mg.

At 7 pm and 9:00 pm take 10 grams of fat either with green tea or soup or hot water

A multi-vitamin tablet, four liters of water, 3 lemons, 90 grams of fat. (Four pillars) must be completed. In addition to four pillars take
Omega 3 fatty acid capsule 500 mg -1(preferably before meal in the afternoon) per day.
