Preparation of Mutton
Bone Soup in VRK Diet
Place
a cooker on the stove and heat it. Add sufficient coconut oil or ghee. Fry
Ginger pieces, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom. Now fry 1kg of mutton
bones slightly in the same oil (To remove the raw smell). Add two liters of
water and cook it up to 12 whistles.
Transfer
the contents i.e. the mutton bones along with water in to a big container. Add
4 liters of water to that container. Let the container be on the stove in low
flame for up to six and half hours. It takes more than 6 hours for all the
vitamins and minerals from the bone to get mixed in water. During this cooking
process, keep the lid slightly open and allow the water to evaporate.
After
cooking of 6 and half hours you can add Onions, Green chili, Drumsticks,
Capsicum,
Bottle gourd, Carrots 6, Tomatoes 6 (as the preparation of the soup is
for
6 days) Drumstick leaves, Coriander, Sea salt and cook it for another half an
hour. Filter this into another utensil. You will get two liters of bone soup from this.

Remaining
pulp from the soup has to be thrown away, as all the vitamins and minerals get
completely mixed in water.
Keep
the utensil with soup in the refrigerator after it cools down. The soup will
form like a gel the next day.
How to
consume this soup ?
Please
take the required gel into a small utensil and heat it slightly to make a
liquid out of the gel. Add the necessary fat on top of the soup and have it.
Never
add water to this gel
This
type of soup is very helpful for diabetic people as it helps extensively in
Controlling
the insulin resistance by compensating the mineral deficiency in their body.
If
not daily, try to take the soup for at least two days in a week. It is very
helpful for the dieters who are on liquid diet.
