taking fat and its benefits in VRK diet
Program*
Fats: 1)
Coconut oil made directly from ganuga or Virgin Coconut oil (cold pressed)
2) Homemade
ghee or company brand.
3) Extra
virgin Olive oil
4) Cream on
curd
5) Homemade
butter
6) Unsalted
butter packets of companies like Amul and Vijaya
You can use
any one of the fats given above. Preferably coconut oil is the better
choice as it contains lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid which are
helpful for weight loss.. Coconut oil is the only source of lauric acid
after mother's milk which contains MCT s.
a) Please
don't take fat of 70 - 100 grams at once or twice in a day at the
beginning of the program for first 10 days to avoid vomiting and motions.
b) For
example if you are taking an amount of 80 gram of fat, you take it in
parts for 4 times (each time 20 gram). In this case the chances of
suffering from motions and vomiting are rare and the energy levels of your
body will be maintained evenly throughout the day.
C) It's
better to take fat either with Green tea, Veg soup, Non veg
soup, Lukewarm water, Black
tea, Black coffee, or Bulletproof coffee. Except with Bulletproof coffee,
you can add lemon to the remaining to have the fat easily.
D) You can
take 2 or 3 fats in a day instead of taking single fat, in such a way that

the evening... like that
E) You can
continue the diet program whichever fat you feel
comfortable with.

F) Rashes:
If you observe any rashes or allergic symptoms on your
skin, don't be anxious or
panic. It's common to get rash in most of the people who are following
this diet. It's a temporary phenomenon. The skin rash subsides itself
after some period of time without any medication. But there are some rare
people who have a tendency to get immediate skin allergy after taking fat
and non veg. Those people have to take precautions while selecting fat
intake by considering the history of their fat intolerance previously.
General measures to be taken by everyone when they have severe skin rash.
1) Apply
coconut oil or olive oil externally.
2) Increase
intake of lemon and water.
3) Avoid or
decrease intake of non veg and protein, increase veg soup, and low carb
vegetables.
4) Reduce
the fat intake to some extent until the symptoms are
disappeared. If you are suffered from these symptoms repeatedly, you can use the following homeopathic medicine in dilution form.
Mix 3 drops of pulsatilla 30, cyclamen 30 in 30 ml of water and takes
3 times daily for a week. This medicine tunes your body to digest
the fat accordingly.

In
allopathic medicine you can use EBASIL 10mg once a day for 5 days. Even
after all these dietary precautions and medication, still the problem
persists then visits a dermatologist and take a course of treatment
prescribed by him.
G) If
weakness is seen or you observe that your energy levels are being withered
away even after taking the said amount of fat completely, it means that
you are taking fat once or twice in a day. Unlike that if you take
fat 4 or 5 times in a day you won't get weakness. If you still feel
weakness you can increase fat 10- 10 gram.
H) In this
diet program you will get more energy or calories from the fat itself.

people the Ketone bodies are observed in urine test.

that, in fat metabolism after serving sufficient energy to our body, the
ketone bodies without being stored in our body, will be flushed out
through urine and sweat. Hence we should take more than 4 litres of water
to flush them out.
M) It is
quite common to get vomiting and motions during the first
week while taking any of
the said fats. In some people If this problem is continued even after a
week, check whether there is any adultery in the fat taken by you. If not
so, switch over to another fat.
