The almond is a species of tree native to Mediterranean climate regions of the Middle East, from Syria and Turkey to India and Pakistan, although it has been introduced elsewhere. Almond is also the name of the edible and widely cultivated seed of this tree.
Almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber and are associated with a number of health benefits. Just a handful of almonds — approximately 1 ounce — contain one-eighth of our daily protein needs.
Almonds may be eaten on their own, raw, or toasted; they are available sliced, flaked, slivered, as flour, oil, butter, or almond milk.
•        Some evidence suggests that almonds can lower cholesterol levels.
This study is important because it shows that eating almonds can significantly boost levels of vitamin E in the diet and bloodstream. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that defends your cells against damage on a daily basis and prevents artery-clogging oxidation of cholesterol. Eating a handful of almonds a day is a great way to get the vitamin E your body needs to stay healthy.

Health benefits of Badam(Almonds):
1.    Almonds Deliver a Massive Amount of Nutrients.
2.    Loaded With Antioxidants.
3.    Linked to a Reduced Risk of Certain Cancers
4.    Improve Prostate and Bladder Health.
5.    High in Vitamin E.
6.    Almonds Can Assist With Blood Sugar Control.

Steps to be followed by the people suffering from Uric acid(Gout) problem during VRK diet program.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM URIC ACID (GOUT) PROBLEM DURING VRK DIET PROGRAM. 1.   Before starting VRK diet they have to get the uric acid test done. 2.   People who have already this problem, have to take 5 to 6 liters of water and 5 to 6 lemons per day. 3. If uric acid problem is increased after starting the diet means-you are taking more non vegetarian food (protein food) and taking very less vegetables and leafy Greens.
